Catherine has over 12 years of recruiting experience in the consumer industry. As Vice President Consumer Group at Davalyn Corporation, she partners closely with clients to find high impact professionals as well as focusing on team build-outs, enabling firms to rapidly introduce products to market.

Catherine is committed to closely partnering with clients to address their needs, and has conducted more than 100 engagements, working with a diverse group of consumer-oriented companies, from start-up to Fortune 500, across a broad spectrum of consumer categories. Her expertise extends into food & beverage, household products, health & beauty, OTC, consumer electronics and durables.

Catherine holds a Master’s of Business Administration from the Darden School of Business – University of Virginia and a Bachelor’s Degree from Colgate University.
