We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer with expertise in 5-axis machining to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC programming and machining operations, with a focus on precision and efficiency. As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop CNC programs for 5-axis machining centers using CAM software.
• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts with tight tolerances.
• Optimize machining processes for efficiency and quality.
• Perform tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments as needed.
• Inspect machined parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues.
• Collaborate with engineers and production team to improve processes and product quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience programming and operating CNC machines, with a focus on 5-axis machining.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, GibbsCAM, Siemens NX).
• Strong understanding of machining processes and cutting tools.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
