Our client, a leading provider of reciprocating pump solutions for the oil and gas industry, is seeking a Strategic Account Manager. This company has a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, they deliver high-quality products and services that meet the evolving needs of their clients.
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the oil and gas industry, with a deep understanding of reciprocating pump technology and a strong commitment to customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers in the oil and gas industry
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth in assigned territories
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products and services
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers as needed
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of sales/account management experience in oil and gas fluid handling systems, pumps, pumping systems, etc.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong technical background with knowledge of reciprocating pump technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel 50%-75% of the time, including overnight out-of-state and possible out-of-country travel
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $100,000 to $120,000 base salary plus sales incentive, with all expenses covered
