We are seeking a driven and experienced CNC Shop Manager to lead our client’s manufacturing operations, driving efficiency, quality, and growth in a dynamic environment.

CNC Machine Tool Shop Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing plant, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to production schedules while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and supply chain to meet customer demands and ensure seamless operations.
• Drive initiatives focused on Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and Kaizen
• Manage and optimize the plant’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, with a focus on achieving P&L objectives.

Requirements:

• 10 to 15 years of hands-on combined manufacturing and commercial experience within the CNC machine tool industry.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Work experience in the industry will be evaluated with academic credentials.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Lean Master, Lean Six Sigma, Scrum, or Kaizen Master preferred.

Compensation:

The compensation for this position to $130,000 to $150,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
