Rick founded Davalyn Corporation in 1989 and has served clients on a range of leadership issues, including retained C-Suite Executive searches. This year Davalyn Corporation celebrates 30 years in the Global Executive Search Industry.

Rick has years of corporate experience working in major corporations at the C-Suite executive level and over twenty-five years in the retained C-Suite Global Executive Search Industry. Rick is uniquely qualified to assist his clients in talent acquisition.
