Our client, a growing consumer goods company, is seeking a Commercialization Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring commercial alignment with key Coca-Cola Bottler(s) – be the day to day contact for the company’s commercialization activities
  • Serving as extension of Division Commercialization Director within assigned geography/Bottler territory
  • Partnering with Sales and Marketing leads within geography to develop programming around the company’s initiatives
  • Ensuring geography/bottler territory has a comprehensive commercial plan to achieve results
  • Responsible for communicating commercial plans to selling organization to assist with strong execution
  • Supporting local sales/chain team with top customer meetings and stewardship of customer plans with bottler commercialization and/or channel teams
  • Developing and communicating Channel LOS based on local strategies
  • Developing region-relevant category plans including bottler-specific merchandising strategy
  • Assisting division team in new innovation sell-in with Bottlers and provide on-going support with SKU management
  • Partnering with Sales and RGM teams to understand business needs and competitive activity
  • Assisting in developing annual bottler business plans
  • Assisting in Bottler-specific CMA development
  • Identifying and prioritizing sales and marketing opportunities – gathering resources to execute initiatives
  • Steward tracking of incentives and/or execution

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years Commercial/Franchise/Sales experience required in the Beverage industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Ability to establish strong relationships and credibility with bottlers/customers
  • Ability to collaborate as well as influence across all levels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to listen and present in large groups
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Up to 50% travel (based on location)
  • Ability to represent the Company in a professional manner
