Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand manufacturing challenges and present EDM solutions
• Provide technical support throughout the sales cycle, including quoting, proposal preparation, and customer presentations
• Leverage your Sinker EDM expertise to assess project feasibility and application fit
• Partner with the internal engineering and applications teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Travel regionally (approx. 35% overnight) to customer sites for technical consultation, demonstrations, and post-sale support
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Sinker EDM equipment and processes (required)
• Previous experience in technical sales, applications engineering, or a hybrid role in the EDM sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships
• Self-motivated, organized, and excited to grow with a dynamic team
