Our client is a leading provider of advanced manufacturing solutions, offering innovative CNC machine tools and automation systems to OEMs and dealers. They specialize in offering precision CNC machining equipment, including turning centers, multi-tasking machines, and advanced machining solutions tailored for industries like aerospace, medical, and automotive. Their services include application engineering, automation solutions, and machine integration.

They are seeking a highly skilled and coachable Product Manager to drive growth, support the sales team, and build strong relationships with high-level accounts. This role offers significant growth potential, with the opportunity to move into senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key resource for the sales force, providing support and technical expertise.
• Develop and manage relationships with OEMs, dealers, and key accounts.
• Deliver compelling presentations, ensuring executive-level communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address product management issues and optimize offerings.
• Represent the company with professionalism and articulate product value in client meetings.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in the machine tool or carbide cutting tool industry.
• Proven ability to engage with OEMs, dealers, and high-level accounts.
• Expertise in milling and turning applications; familiarity with Okuma machines is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an executive presence.
• Demonstrated ability to read a room and adapt strategies to varying dynamics.
• Stable employment history with evidence of career growth and accomplishments.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering results.
• Educated and articulate, with a willingness to learn product management processes.

Preferred Experience:

• Background in applications engineering and/or technical sales.
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.

Salary:

• $175,000 – $250,000 W-2 (Base + Commission + Bonus)
