Country Manager – Canada

Our client, a leading manufacturer of CNC machinery, is seeking a Country Manager in Canada.
This company is globally recognized for precision engineering and innovative technology solutions in the mold and die industry.
The Country Manager will lead the sales team and drive business growth in sales of machinery and related systems. This role requires a strong technical knowledge of CNC machinery and accessories, a deep understanding of the user market in the Ontario province, and experience collaborating with machine tool distributors.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain sales strategies and territory planning to meet assigned sales revenue targets.
- Oversee distribution managers and sales representatives.
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers in assigned territories through frequent customer visits, communication, and participation in trade shows.
- Track customer information, forecasts, and reports to maintain an effective sales database.
- Responsible for new business development through prospecting, qualifying, and selling machinery and related systems.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- BA/BS in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the machine tool industry
- 5 years of sales management with a proven record of achievement.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience.
- Experience working with machine tool distributors.
- Solid planning, forecasting, and budgeting experience.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Total compensation is $125,000-$150,000 USD
