Job Overview:
Seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with experience in aluminum smelting and pot room environments. The role focuses on selling high-temperature textile products, specifically designed to replace asbestos materials used in aluminum foundries. You will be responsible for driving sales within the Quebec region, calling on aluminum smelters and establishing long-lasting relationships with key players in the industry.

This is a high-priority position with the opportunity to be at the forefront of groundbreaking technology that is changing how aluminum smelters operate. The successful candidate will have experience in smelting or pot rooms and a proven ability to manage and grow client accounts in technical or industrial sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow the sales pipeline within the aluminum foundry and smelter market across Quebec.
  • Identify and engage with key stakeholders in aluminum smelting operations, particularly in pot rooms.
  • Promote and sell high-temperature textile products as a safe and effective replacement for asbestos.
  • Understand customer needs in high-temperature environments and offer tailored solutions.
  • Provide technical support and consultation to clients, ensuring a deep understanding of the product’s benefits.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest industry trends, specifically in refractories and high-temperature textiles.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives through strategic planning and execution.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience in aluminum smelting or pot room operations is highly desirable.
  • Background in sales, preferably in technical or industrial environments such as foundries or refractories.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships in a technical field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to explain complex products to technical teams.
  • Self-driven and highly motivated to work independently while achieving high sales performance.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $100,000 base salary (USD), plus commission based on sales performance.
