Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Search underway for a Vice President of Sales and Marketing to join our client, a leading manufacturer of cutting tools serving the industrial CNC machining and wear parts industries.

This position will be responsible for leading sales efforts within their assigned region, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales in the CNC industry and a proven track record of success in building and managing a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to drive sales performance and customer satisfaction in the machining and metalworking industries.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and product development efforts in the wear parts and CNC industry.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a management role with a team of fifty sales and applications personnel.
  • Strong knowledge of the target industry and its market dynamics.
  • Our client will seriously consider powder metal experience
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Total compensation in the $200,000 to $250,000 range plus full benefits and all expenses
