We are seeking a highly skilled Application Engineer with specific experience in induction melting equipment to join our team. The successful candidate will provide technical expertise and support for our clients, focusing on foundry accounts. This role requires a deep understanding of induction heating technologies and a proven track record of working within the foundry industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide application engineering support for induction melting equipment.
• Collaborate with sales teams to deliver technical solutions and present products to prospective customers in the foundry industry.
• Develop and maintain relationships with foundry clients to understand their technical requirements and offer customized solutions.
• Support the design and implementation of induction melting systems, ensuring compliance with customer specifications.
• Troubleshoot equipment and provide technical assistance to customers both remotely and on-site.
• Provide training and post-sales support to customers on the operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Work closely with R&D, production, and customer service teams to enhance product development and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) required.
• Extensive knowledge of iron, copper, or brass melting processes in a foundry environment is essential
• Proven experience working with induction melting equipment.
• Prior experience working with foundry accounts is required.
• Strong knowledge of foundry equipment such as:
  • Induction furnaces (coreless and channel types)
  • Electric arc furnaces (EAF)
  • Crucible furnaces
  • Cupola furnaces
  • Rotary furnaces
  • Sand molding machines
  • Continuous casting machines
  • Ladles and transfer systems
  • Heat treatment ovens
  • Core-making machines
  • Shakeout machines
  • Dust collection systems
  • Charging and pouring systems
  • Patternmaking equipment
  • Sand reclamation systems
• Familiarity with casting and molding processes within a foundry environment.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed.
