This role is ideal for a highly skilled professional with a strong background in sales management and a deep understanding of the metals market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the aerospace and defense sectors.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and operational efficiency.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of leading successful teams.
• Strong background in selling metals, particularly aluminum, to industrial clients.
